What we collect from you. Your account details, the brands and campaigns you set up, and the messages you write or approve. Payment details go to Stripe; we never see card numbers.

What we collect about creators. reach-os discovers creators from publicly available pages only — logged-out, public-surface information like a handle, follower count, and a published contact address. We record where and when each piece of public data was found. We never log into platforms to gather data, and we never invent audience numbers we didn't find.

Email. Outreach is sent through our sending infrastructure on your behalf. Every message carries a working unsubscribe link and a one-click unsubscribe header, and an opt-out is honored immediately and permanently — no send path in the product can reach an opted-out recipient.

AI. Drafts and conversation replies are generated by AI models (Anthropic). Message content is processed to generate those drafts; we do not use your data or creators' data to train models.

Your rights. Ask us to export or delete your data — or a creator's data — at any time: hello@wildbeast.dev. Creators who want out of all outreach from any brand on the platform can say so once and we suppress them platform-wide.

Where data lives. Hosted in the US (Vercel, Supabase). Each customer's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security.
