Terms of service

The service. reach-os finds creators, drafts outreach, runs bounded AI conversations, and manages contracts, tracking, and payouts. Plans and limits are as described on the pricing page; fair-use AI budgets apply and heavy use may be throttled rather than billed surprise overages.

Your responsibilities. You own every message sent under your brand. You agree not to use reach-os for spam, deception, or unlawful outreach — including sending to recipients who opted out, misrepresenting who you are, or running undisclosed paid endorsements. Contracts generated by reach-os include the FTC-required disclosure clause; removing it is on you, not us.

AI output. Drafts, scores, and negotiation suggestions are AI-generated aids, reviewed and owned by you before use. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Payments and payouts. Subscriptions are month-to-month (or annual, prepaid) via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Creator payouts run through Stripe Connect; tax forms are handled by Stripe where thresholds apply.

Termination. You can leave anytime and export your data first. We may suspend accounts that endanger deliverability for everyone else (spam complaints, abuse) — we'll warn you unless the abuse is flagrant.

Liability. The service is provided as-is; our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
